HOPE FOR AFGHAN WOMEN
I normally post Fortnite content, so this is probably the last thing you'd expect to see from me. But after finding out more about what Afghan women and girls are going through, I couldn't just scroll past it and forget about it.
I know one website isn't going to change the world, but if it helps even a few more people understand what's happening, then it's worth making.
I'm not an expert, and I'm not pretending to be. I just want to use my platform for something that matters and help spread awareness with accurate information.
What’s happening
Afghan women and girls have seen many of their rights taken away in recent years. Many girls are no longer allowed to attend secondary school or university, and many women face restrictions on work and participation in public life. These changes have affected millions of people and drawn concern from human rights organisations around the world.
Why this matters
Every girl deserves the chance to go to school. Every woman deserves the freedom to work, speak, and make her own choices. These are basic human rights, not privileges.The situation in Afghanistan isn’t just a local issue it’s something that affects millions of people. By learning about it and sharing accurate information, we can help make sure these stories aren’t forgotten.
